organizing book club

Book Club Buddy is a website built to be a book club’s personal assistant

  • Readers can enjoy the fun of being part of a community without the stress of constant scheduling issues

  • Features include:

    • Making scheduling meetings effortless with the calendar feature

    • Easy-to-access zoom link for clubs that meet online

    • Discussion boards for members who want a place to discuss the books and keep in touch between meetings

    • List of books members have previously read

    • Member information area and more.

For an information architecture course, our final project was to come up with an original idea for a site or improve on an existing one. I chose the former, and came up with Book Club Buddy.
